Volatility has not only become the word of the day, but the word of the summer.  The one day prognosis resulting from another "no change" decision by the Fed has the bulls leading the way in the stock futures.

World markets continue to rally in response to Tuesday's gains. In Asia, Hong Kong's benchmark index rose 2.87%, while Japan's Nikkei climbed 0.64%. In Europe, the FTSE climbed 1.35%.

However, don't be fooled as the consumer and investor confidence could be set to be undermined soon.  There are some key inflationary reports due out next week and if these show a muted inflationary number, this could cause a rate cut in September, which could turn the bull rally into a bear one.
